I recently purchased my Dehler 36CWS from Leinster Boats/NYB Dublin. I dealt with Ronan and my experience was of exceptional service and attention from day one. He has an exceptional knowledge of the boat scene and the yacht market in Ireland and across the UK. The boat needed a lot of TLC and being a sailor himself, Ronan set realistic expectations of what was required and found solutions to complex problems we came across. Correspondence was quick and efficient, and we were seamlessly guided through the sales process. As we were located many miles from the boat, Ronan went out of his way to get additional photographs and videos at every opportunity with regular visits from himself to the boat. For me, it was that communication and going the extra mile which is what sets him apart from other brokers.

In addition to this, Ronan also provided us with a list of local surveyors, arranged for the boat yard to have the boat craned out for survey and put back in. He also arranged for all paperwork and the boat inventory to be present and correct. One final nice touch was introducing us to the previous owners on handover day. I would highly recommend using Leinster Boats/NYB Dublin when thinking of buying or selling a yacht.
